The Design Team (St. Cloud, MN) knows that home building and remodeling can be a daunting experience. That's why we are here to guide you every step of the way, from batting around ideas until the final coat of paint is applied. The Design Team works closely with contractors of every stripe to help you build a great relationship as well as brick and mortar. Your relationship with your contractor is a crucial part of any building project. You will have a relationship with your contractor for at least a year normally, and up to 10 years with warranties. The Design Team is here to help you pick the best partnership based on your needs. Picking a contractor based on price alone isn't often the best course, though of course price is important. A great preliminary step is to interview builders before having a plan. The Design Team will help you select one that keeps your costs aligned with your budget, as well as have upfront conversations with builders for information gathering. The Design Team does our homework so you can be confident in your choices. Call the Design Team today and let us help you find the best partnerships all through your home building project. We are here for you!
The Design Team offers St. Cloud home plans of all different styles. If you are looking for a traditional design that never goes out of style, you may want to consider the colonial, our House Style of the Month.
History of the Colonial House
The colonial style house was derived out of the Colonial period of the US during the 1700s. The first colonial homes were two stories with one room per floor. Over time, the colonial developed into what is known as the four-over-four style, meaning four rooms on each of two stories.
Colonial homes have been around since the dawn of our country, and never go out of style. Call the Design Team today to find out more about this beautiful, traditional home plan.
