PLAN BOOK #1
Smaller Homes with Style

Contains smaller homes perfect for the first-time homebuyer, or an empty nester looking to move into a more practical home. Plans range from 918 to 1783 square feet.

 

PLAN BOOK #2
Mid-Size and Larger Homes

Includes larger homes designed for the second or third time homebuyer, with designs ranging from 1416 to 2538 square feet. Sure to provide a wealth of ideas for even the most discriminating tastes.

Narrow Lot Homes

This collection of bi-levels, multi-levels, two stories and ramblers will focus on layouts that fit on narrow lots, with house widths from 38 to 58 feet. Plans range from 852 to 2406 square feet. Call to check availability!
